A webhook will then run and any configured action will be performed. For example, a webhook can be configured to send an email to the relevant person with information about the comment on the returned product.

  • Handling of how we keep users logged in. See the detailed description below under the information for 2026-05-21. Note that these are changes required by BankID and that you can still adjust the settings, but not for as many days as before.
     
  • Customers shopping with Invoicing: Fixed a bug where the copy sent to your store owner through the Webhook setting previously went to the invoice recipient. 
     
  • Mobile checkout: Improved product scanning.

  • Invoicing: The button for marking an invoice as handled is temporarily back. However, it will be removed because it no longer serves a purpose in the new flow.
     
  • Invoicing: New report showing ALL invoices for all invoice customers. In this report, you can also download the invoice as a PDF (only new invoices generated recently) and mark invoices as handled.
     
  • The setting for how long a user can remain logged in, which could previously be set to any number of days, has now been redesigned.
    There is only one setting that handles all types of login methods.
    It no longer applies to days but to minutes. 0 = log in every time. 1–120 indicates how many minutes a user can remain logged in. 

    Note that the change from days to minutes will not take effect until we have updated the mobile app, during the night of 2026-05-26. The setting can be changed now, but for the time being it will be calculated in days. 

    When we launch the new version of the mobile app, we will also set the number of minutes to 0. This is because it is the most accurate setting. You can of course change this yourself later to any number of minutes. Maximum 120. Under Company settings.

    If login to the self-checkout is done using a QR code, the value will be set to 30 minutes tonight. This allows the customer to log in when entering and then log in to the self-checkout without having to log in again with BankID. This is also something you can change from 0–120 minutes whenever you want.

    The change is being implemented because BankID prohibits us from keeping users logged in for more than 2 hours. We must comply with this, and at the same time we are applying the same setting to all login methods.

  • Display of how a weight was entered. A manually entered weight should be displayed as (MAN), and if the weight comes from an integrated scale, nothing should be displayed. This has not worked as it should, so until the next version, this information will be incorrect.

  • Instructional videos are displayed on Home. We work daily to produce instructional videos. These will be uploaded to the start page and linked to our documentation. All so that we can make it possible for you as customers to read about and watch how our functions work.
