Use SumUp Online to accept payments with cards / Apple Pay / Google Pay on the customer's mobile phone without a card reader.
SumUp account
To accept card payments via SumUp, you need an account with SumUp:
You create an account with SumUp (merchant agreement). You do this via the following link*: sumup.se/honestboxstore1. It is important to use this link to take advantage of our offer of 1% + SEK 0.33 per transaction. After clicking the link, click "Get started now" and create an account.

If you already have an account with SumUp, you only need to follow the steps below. Once you have created an account, follow the instructions below.
Settings
HonestBox must first activate the SumUp license. After that, you can access the settings under Location settings / SumUp:

Create token
For HonestBox to communicate with SumUp and make payments through your account, a token is required. This normally only needs to be done once:
Note that the user used to log in to SumUp must have the role "Administrator" or "Manager." Otherwise, the token will not work.
1. Make sure that you have saved the settings as described above.
2. Click Create token
3. The login page at sumup.se is now displayed. Log in with the credentials you have for SumUp
4. In the next step, approve HonestBox's permission to make payments, among other things, through your account.
5. Done. HonestBox Admin is displayed again with a message confirming that the token was created successfully.
Test purchase
After activating a new payment solution, it is of course always a good idea to make a test purchase yourself. It is easy to issue a refund afterward using the function in HonestBox Admin / Sales / Overall sales: click the receipt / Refund.
Payouts
Payouts are made every day by default. If you do not want daily payouts, you can instead receive them weekly or monthly. Depending on your bank's procedures, it normally takes 3–5 business days from the transaction date until the money reaches your bank account. Check your account at sumup.se for more information, or contact SumUp for more information.
