PORT 5 and PORT 10 are a relay and are connected to the electric lock and transformer.
Multiple locks can be connected and all in the same way.

Assembly tips
Strip the cables approximately 10mm.
When installing the cables in the terminal block, it is easier to first completely remove the terminal block from the control box. Then press in the orange spring while inserting the stripped cable. Release the orange spring and pull the cable lightly to check that it is really secure.
Exit push button
There is support for connecting a push button to the control box that is used to allow customers inside the store to exit. A click on the push button opens the door for 10 seconds. The push button must be spring-loaded.
The push button is connected to PORT 1 and PORT 6.
Please note that no power, no power source or anything similar should be used. ONLY a spring-loaded push button between PORT 1 and PORT 6.
Please contact us if you want this feature as it is probably not activated in your control box.
Notification of changed status
If the control unit goes offline - if the control unit loses contact with our server, an email will normally be sent to your contact person via a webhook. The message will read something like this: The control unit has gone offline. You will receive a message within about 10 minutes that something is wrong. This is most likely due to a disruption in the mobile network or in your local network. During this time, no one can unlock and open the door/lock.
When the control unit comes online again, a new message will appear stating that the control unit is online. Now everything is working properly again.
The recommendation is to wait 10 minutes after an "offline" message arrives before you take any action. If nothing comes online after several minutes, something is wrong. Then see the troubleshooting above to try to solve the problem yourself.
Status check
Under Settings for location / Access system, in addition to the current status, there is also a button to perform a status check. When you click on the button, three checks are made. First, a call is made to our two servers that manage the control box to see if the control box is online on these. After that, an unlock signal is also sent so that you can check whether the lock is unlocked or not. However, we cannot see whether the lock is opened or not, so you must be on site to confirm. After the check, which takes 3-4 seconds to complete, the results are displayed. It may look like below:
Restart
In this function, it is also possible to try to restart the control box via a button that sends an SMS to the control box. This requires that the mobile network is OK.
