In HonestBox, you can choose between different ways for customers to identify themselves before opening the door or starting Scan & Go on their mobile device.
A customer can identify themselves in different ways to gain access through the entrance. This also applies to identification at self-checkout, if the store owner has chosen to activate it.
Each identification method has a different cost. See the list below for the various costs. The costs may change over time.
SMS costs are charged, among other things, when customers are verified by phone and an SMS is sent. Webhooks may also use SMS, which then incurs a cost per message sent.
