In this article, we’ll walk you through how to create a sign with a QR code that you can place on the door outside your store or on your vending machine.
Using our template is completely optional — you’re free to design your own.
If you choose to create your own sign, make sure to use your store’s unique QR code, which can be found under “Location Settings.”
STEP 1
Go to "Location settings" / "More functions" / "Sign with QR code".
STEP 2
Fill in correct information.
Here, you can either use the text we’ve created or write your own based on steps 1, 2, 3, and 4. When you're satisfied, click on "Generate PDF". A PDF with the information you've entered will then automatically be downloaded. You can edit this PDF as many times as you like.
You can also create a round sign with the QR code in the center. This is a good option if you’re creating your own sign with the different steps, or if you have a fridge/freezer from us – a smaller, round layout can be a stylish alternative.
STEP 3
If you want to use a QR code to let customers exit the store, there is a template for this called 'For exit'. Fill in the desired text and generate a PDF.
